Our Mission
I support therapy practices by managing intake coordination, insurance verification, and scheduling systems to create a clear, efficient, and supportive experience for both clients and providers from first contact to first session.
In addition to my background in administration and client coordination, I am currently a graduate student in clinical mental health counseling. This training allows me to approach intake not just as a process, but as a critical first step in a client’s therapeutic experience.
I understand the importance of clear communication, appropriate fit, and creating a smooth transition from first contact to first session. My goal is to support practices in a way that is both operationally effective and aligned with the overall care clients receive.
