Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 24th, 2026

Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, all payments are subject to the following terms:

 

1. No Refunds on Services

All payments for services are non-refundable once work has begun.

 

2. Monthly Retainers

For retainer-based services:

Payment is due in advance
Services are reserved for the agreed time period
No refunds will be issued for unused time within that period

 

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services with written notice in accordance with the terms outlined in their individual client agreement (typically 14 days).

 

4. Project-Based Work

For project-based services:

Deposits are non-refundable
If a project is terminated early, payment is due for work completed up to that point

 

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of the Company in rare or exceptional circumstances.
